This collection of black and white illustrations printed on paper is not legal advice. Surplus Snooper aims to contribute to the community however one categorizes it, by replacing the phone in your hand with a tangible tool to Raise Your Spirits, make you laugh, or simply pass the time. Carbon Hound seeks to make morale, design, and illustration more fun to look at while making an attempt to capture culture through a time in history which feels to be moving faster than anyone can keep up with. We hope one day you can pull this book down from your bookshelf and give it to your kin as a window into a past culture we are all fortunate to be a part of.
All images are originally illustrated by hand, through the eyes of a regular dude just like you and the bros. Thank you to all of our close friends who contributed to, and inspired this work which has been ongoing for over three years.
